When food is on the table, recovery stands a better chance
A federal government shutdown is now threatening to halt SNAP benefits nationwide.
A gift to cover meals for our sober living residents will directly protect nearly 200 people in recovery from hunger and reduce the risk of relapse and medical emergencies, which further strain community resources.

Food pantries simply cannot replace SNAP at scale; a stoppage would put already-fragile clients at immediate risk and strain our center’s ability to keep people housed, fed, and in treatment.
